• Individualized Physical Therapy program for patients, which include modalities and procedures.
• Evaluate using diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, and joint functional tests.
• Direct and supervise patient in resistive, active assisted exercise, passive range of motion, muscle re-education and functional training with thera-bands, weights,inclined surfaces.
• Provide instruction with therapeutic procedures to be continued by the patient.
• Consult with medical, and administrative staff, and family to coordinate patient care.
• Evaluate, record, and report patient’s progress for review.
• Conducts and/or participates in staff and family training in patient’s therapy and at home care
